My name is Dr Ryan Hobson. I qualified as a Doctor in 2007 after completing my medical undergraduate degree at Barts and The London School of Medicine. I initially trained as a General Surgeon and spent some time doing trauma surgery in Cape Town, South Africa. I have been a GP since 2014 and work at Lichfield Street Surgery in Walsall Town Centre. I grew up in Birmingham and returned to the West Midlands following my training. I was very pleased to be elected Clinical Director of South 2 Primary Care Network in July 2019 and hope the Primary Care Networks will have a positive impact on all Walsall patients.
